Story about how Excellent, with the help of WaveCom moved the majority of Estonian accounting to the cloud.

Lately, more and more customers approach us with requests to buy a server. With time, the company's needs can grow so high that server rent does not pay off in the long run. Then it’s time to to buy a server.

In July 2018, a Quality Standard Certificate ISO9001: 2015 was issued to WaveCom. Verification and certification were carried out by Bureau Veritas.

Server and cloud service provider WaveCom AS built a new data center in Tallinn, a structure that is not affected by power outages and where there’s no dust. It has a security system that can identify anyone based on facial recognition and finger vein ID.

As of 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) went into force. At WaveCom we have always been committed to data privacy and security and we have taken all necessary steps to ensure GDPR compliance.

This year, Creditinfo Eesti AS gave us for the first time an AAA (excellent) credit rating, which is the highest. We have been operating successfully for 17 years now and such recognition will definitely motivate us to continue to operate at the same level in the future.

Yesterday marked our 17th year of operation. Over the course of 7 years, we have accomplished a lot: we started in 2001 by establishing a wireless network, and in 2011 our first server center was completed in Tallinn. Today, we are recognized as a leading provider of server and cloud services.

The new office of AS WaveCom is located at Endla Ärimaja (Endla 16). At the same address our new data center will be ready soon.
